About us

Industrial Kaolin Clay & Attapulgites Supplier

Name of Product

Kaolins

Brief Description

Kaolin is most commonly associated with titanium dioxide extension; However, it is engineered to perform as a multifunctional extender that simultaneously addresses a wide variety of formulation needs. Kaolins in coatings applications can provide Formulating Flexibility, Titanium Dioxide Extension, increased opacity & tint strength, sheen control, stain resistant, improved holdout, Brushing ease, Mud crack resistance, colour pigment extension, pigment suspension Rheology control & low VOC capability. Kaolin used in ink applications can provide Strike-through resistance colour pigment extension, low abrasion, Rheology control & fast dry time. In plastics, specialty aluminium silicates( Kaolins) provide many features, including excellent reinforcement, electrical insulative properties, TiO2 extension and improved polymer processability. Surface modified grades improve dispersion and provide synergy between the polymer matrix and the mineral surface. This yields improved strength and stiffness while maintaining a high level of impact strength.
