 Incorporated in the year 2009, TRA International is an ISO 9001:2008 certified consulting firm engaged in Consulting, Installations, Training, Testing and Certification with a focus on the fast growing solar power sector. TRA was acquired as a Division of KPL International Limited in the year 2012.
TRA offers full project life cycle consulting and engineering services, from early stages of site selection, feasibility and design to project management and implementation. It also provides post installation support in maintaining and updating technology.
In view of the large gap between the demand and supply of renewable energy production and consumption, TRA undertakes complete analysis of energy requirements, energy efficiency and other related issues. In particular, it offers installation solutions in the solar energy sector to private individuals, commercial entities and government organisations.
Solar energy is emerging as a powerful alternative energy source. In view of constraints in awareness and knowledge in this sector, TRA attempts to popularize the use of renewable energy and to make professionals competent for developing the sector. It conducts training programs and workshops for managers and executives involved in planning and budgeting solar energy projects and engineers who execute and maintain solar installations. In order to further expand the skill set of technicians (electrical and mechanical engineers). TRA also conducts programs to create awareness on latest practices and to equip technicians with emerging solar technologies.
TRA has designed two certification courses for professionals and beginners according to the level of awareness and knowledge about the solar energy sector. The courses will be run online on a Video Content Management System (VCMS). These will contain independent modular courses, where a student can search for selective content and take a test in TRA's designated test centre to qualify for the course. Successful candidates are awarded an industry endorsed certificate at the end of the course. TRA also provides placement support to candidates.
